I had the pleasure of working with Amol as my personal trainer at Fitness Mantra. He is an excellent trainer who is dedicated and knowledgeable in his field. He is very patient and takes the time to understand your fitness goals and creates a personalized workout plan to help you achieve them. He is also great at motivating and encouraging me during our sessions. I highly recommend Amol as a trainer to anyone looking to improve their fitness and reach their goals. He is an excellent professional who will work with you to get the best results.

It’s been a year I have joined Fitness Mantra. Shakil sir being my personal trainer has helped me throughout in this journey
I can clearly see a very good change in my body in this one last year
He used to make sure I come regularly, workout at my best, giving me a proper diet chart and checking on regularly how well is it working for me !
I would refer him to anyone looking for a good trainer as he’ll make sure to serve you with the best results !

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at Fitness Mantra. Very friendly team who make me actually want to go train. Special mention to my personal trainer, Arif Sayyed who pushes you just right enough and not so much that you wouldn't want to go back again. He takes the time to understand your capabilities. Being a first timer at gym this is very important. Highly recommended both, Fitness Mantra and Arif Sayyed!!
