The hospitality as well as the room cleanliness was not up to the mark. We were a family of 5 (including a 4 month infant) and the people at the reception were rude and argued with my husband for room occupancy. Very bad experience.

Not worth. Worn out rooms, no proper toiletries, no tea/cofee maker in rooms, kichen opens only at 8 am, so no tea or any service before it. Hot water supply stops midway, you have to struggle to get your breakfast, so many odds. Wonder, why there are positive reviews posted earlier, which made me book here.

Stay was Horrible and the type Room and Ambiance pathetic. There is nothing that will justify quoted amount by FebHotel.

There is lot of false/ wrong / contradictory information provided by FabHotel through App, Against what reality is.

I have booked the room for 1 night where chek-in 12 Noon.

1. Check In _ over the FabHotel there is lot of notification that confirm the booking and all nessary arrangement where in actual there is no any arrangements, or any pre- allocated room. At 12:00 noon they started working on the room planing, then they have started cleaning and around after 35minutes room allocated.

2. Check In_ over FabHotel Pre-checkin option provided. 1 day advance I have uploaded the ID and information, However in actual, property Owner Stright away denied to accept and he him self confirm this is fashion thing don't have any real application.

3. Breakfast _ in my booking breakfast included. As per FabHotel, breakfast timing till 11am. However at property they have confirmed the timing is till 10 am only. Hotel person confirm the timing mention on app is not correct and fabHotel is just booking platform..... Where they have no control or authority over the property.

4. Room_ this is very important part of stay, where After waiting period of 35 minutes room is allocated. Very small room_ there no detail cleanliness.

5. Washroom _ entire washroom has the water salt white patches _ toilet is not clean properly. With all this you will completely loose trust over this brand. Another day there is no Hot water and soap, tissue are not even kept in washroom. ( But provided)

6. AC _ not working properly, as it reach upto 23 degree. Unit is noisy and Swing flap is broken.

7. Wifi _ it is completely a joke. Cellular speed is more than wifi. Even with 720ps you will see buffering over you tube.

These are the summarised observations and situations that I have face. And strongly Advise to not to go with this booking option.

In case of FabHotel wanted to investigate, pls find the booking ID BU5JY0. And allocated room was 203.
