Below par customer service. Their tailor comes around 1:15 pm so you are supposed to wait until then as no one else in a team of 10-12 members can take measurements. We waited and reached around 3 and had to wait again as the VIP tailor was having lunch. And finally when we got the appointment from the esteemed tailor he refused the product cannot be altered. This is not the way you run business. Very poor customer experience and never ever going to visit this store again.
PS - local tailor is able to do alteration easily.
