One stop solution for all medical problems. It's huge facility with all the latest facilities. Expert and knowledgeable doctors are available under one roof. Entire staff is polite and co-operative.overall management and system is very good, managed very well even having lot of crowd.

I visited the ESIC Office today to get a reimbursement form and processed. I was extremely disappointed with the process.

The waiting time was exceptionally long, the staff were unhelpful and the entire process was tedious and inefficient.
All process will be completed with 8 days only Form Submition. Becouse there Give you lot of Query but not 1 time ..every visit you got new Query
This is unacceptable, as it wastes valuable time and resources of individuals who require reimbursements quickly. It is also a great inconvenience for those who have to travel far distances in order to get reimbursed.

I request you to look into this issue as soon as possible and take necessary actions to ensure that such problems do not occur in future. I believe that a more efficient system needs to be put into place for customers like me who travel far distances in order to get reimbursed.
