The sessions taken were in depth and the flow of the lectures was very apt, and still covered in time. After attending this training I was convinced with the fact that CBT training makes sense when taken like this and has a huge difference when take via online recorded lectures. All my doubts were addressed with examples. The flow of the lectures is detailed and progresses stage wise along with individual practise included. It was a great experience in all. Need more such course works.

I have joined CBT foundation course conducted by Smita mam and really it was really very concept clearing and in depth, though it was only the basic learning but still Smita mam was explaining it with passion and dedication….. Thanks Endorphin and specially to Dr Smita.????????

It was a great experience attending the sessions wrt Emotional Intelligence. The patience with which all queries put forth by the class was resolved in simple words making it easy to reflect, adapt n apply in our lives. There is more to it rather than just the title of the course. My experience by attending this course helped me look at myself who is totally new to me. Each and every participant is made feel very comfortable that we can confide and discuss what is happening or hidden in the depth of our lives. We could relate to each other as though we knew each other earlier too.
Thanks to Mr. Ashish Khandekar Sir who took us through this journey making it the most memorable course. Sincere thanks to Namrata for convincing me to opt for this course. You are a great team. Wishing you all the best!
