I took the REBT course a couple of years ago and I had a great learning experience.
The course was well-structured and the instructors were knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind. They provided constructive feedback which was immensely helpful in my understanding of Rational Emotive Therapy and how to practically use it with clients.
The course gave me a deeper understanding of the fundamentals of REBT and the practical skills to apply it with clients. I would highly recommend this course to anyone looking to deepen their understanding of REBT or to improve their counselling skills in general.
It was definitely worth the time and effort. Thank you to the instructors for their excellent guidance and support.

I just completed my CBT Level 1 for some self-directed therapy. Not only is the existence of such a course a blessing , the content and delivery is also super helpful. I can't be grateful enough! If there is one new thing you want to learn this year, make it this.
