I had worst experience with the support staff. They do not keep case paper of the patients properly. I have seen them fighting with each other for misplacing case papers of patients which is the most important document even before you start treatment from doctor

I had opt for a cashless treatment from them. They changed the final bill twice which resulted me paying extra amount (final bill - approved bill from insurance). They requested me to pay the difference in cash and refused gpay. I had to keep patient in the hospital and had to went out to search for atm to pay these guys in cash.But for other cases if you request them to keep an eye on patient till the time you come back by doing some imp work then they will refuse.

I had to take numerous follow up from them to get my money back. They kept giving me tarikh pe tarikh to refund my amount. After going through so much trouble with them, they finally settled the amount but still they deducted some charges.
Please deal carefully when you decide to go for insurance with them. I do not recommend this hospital at all. I have myself stopped taking treatment.

I visited the clinic today and was highly disappointed.
Went through my friend’s reference, the doctor is good but the receptionist Jyoti there she acts as if she’s the owner.
They even did not give me my case paper after the consultation and even did not allow to click pictures of my reports or readings.
Highly disappointed.

Dr Sanjay Tekawade is extremely talented & professional. He is very patient & polite. I had some major problem with my left eye and I was under his treatment - observation for 4-5 months (November 2021 till date) Later I lasik operated my eyes from his Laser Center on 4th February 2022 and even now (1st April 2022) I am very well connected & taken care off by doctor, his staff members & subordinates for my post lasik follow up. I highly recommend Dr Tekwade's Clinic & I have already recommended his practice / service to people in my contact sphere.
