Good hospital, specially Dr Sweta is very polite and understands patients queries and always gives best options / suggestions for medicines as available.
Waiting time is bit high so prior booking in must

Very poor management. We have been visiting the hospital for the last 2-3 months. Each time we visited, the average wait time was 2.5-3 hours.
Doctors are nice & well experienced but, simply a pinnacle of mismanagement & inefficiency! I understand there can be emergencies in between and the ward visits. However, if you cannot attend to all the patients within time - simply don't accept new patients/appointments on the app. Have a certain threshold of patients you can cater for and stop there.
Another thing is either to improve the app to display the correct/ballpark wait times or simply attend on first come first serve basis on the day. If someone has a token number. 25 and the app shows you should be attended by the doctor by 1pm - then you come to the hospital at 12:30pm and wait for 3-4 hours because the tokens ahead of you, who actually came a lot late, will be attended before you. The pre-booking of the appointments and the fancy app doesn't serve the purpose if your people don't manage it well. Also, came across the appointments getting cancelled on numerous occasions. Don't waste other people's money and most importantly TIME!!!

Very good treatment received from Dr Shweta.
She is very talented, knowledgeable, caring, polite and soft speaking doctor.
Best hospital and doctor for normal delivery.

Pros:
1. Supportive medical staff
2. Talented and expert doctors
3. All required medical test facilities insides one hospital
4. Caring nurses
5. Admin staff is kind and supportive
6. Adequate parking space
7. Temple in hospital premises
8. Well behaving security guard
9. Internal medical store
