I had disgusting experience here with dentist Komal Palkar and receptionist Komal Patil . Came here for making retainer. While creating retainer, provided retainer in 3 days and called timely. The retainer was not the one I asked for. It was not stiff and was very uncomfortable. When that retainer was uncomfortable, tried to get appointments many times but no luck. Behaviour from receptionist cum assistant was very bad and rude. I went there one day before appointment day as I was available that day. When dentist denied to visit clinic that day , her assistant started doing correction of retainer . The so called 15 years old assistant was performing correction of retainer in sitting area instead of cabin which was very uncomfortable again. When she was unable to do it she was asking me to do it. When I said stupid to assistant for asking me to do it, dentist says I am wrong here and her patients usually do it by themselves ???????? and I should do it too. Weird world ????????. I no longer want to get treatment from these pathetic unprofessional people and now I am bearing loss of 1500 rs of useless retainer.
While taking impression for retainer, dentist was not even letting me use basin. How can someone clean that impression using tissue paper??
FYI I have never found her during the timing she mentioned on her clinic.

I liked my treatment. I am visiting this clinic since 5months now. Very good experience, I have recommended this clinic to my whole family also and my friends also. I did my extraction of infected third molar and root canal treatment. My friend also undergoing a root canal treatment here now. Very good experience and they have all the facilities. Just started doing my braces treatment here
Which I was doing somewhere else before. I have continued it here in pune. my previous doctor have not even spared 10 minutes with me before.
Here they are very friendly and passionate towards their work they first cleaned my teeth and then placed those remaining braces. It took almost an hour but worth doing it here.
