Hello All,
Taking this opportunity to express my gratitude to Dr. Saste for helping with emergency situation of my brother.
My brother had an accident and it was literally a situation of life and death. Dr. Saste’ advise guided our family in right direction in time. My brother is out of danger now.
We are really grateful to Dr. Saste for his expertise and guidance to patient’ family in right direction.

I took my patient to Dr. Saste as per told by another Dr. from my native. I had very bad experience with him.
He was not aware of what medicines patient is taking while admitted in KEM when I asked him he started shouting and asked KEM management give give any treatment to the patient. Everytime in front of patient he was saying very negative things. I had to move my patient to Sahyadri hospital. Dr. Was always looking for how I admit patient for more days bad I can get maximum benefit from this. Very very bad experience.
I will strongly not recommend this Dr.

Very very unprofessional behavior and treatment.
He was not even known that some medicines were not given to patient. And when we asked him for same Dr. Started to lie and questioned us that you are not believing on doctor.
In-fact I was completely believing him from beginning. I have never seen such arrogantly doctor.
Finally at the time of discharge he even did not gave prescription which has to be given to patient. My patient was suffering and still he did not gave medicines which patient needs to take post discharge.
Such doctors are not good for community.
It's very risky to take patient to him.
I had bad experience. I see from his reply below that Dr. is completely fooling and lie.
I see that this doctor is saying wishing a good health in the reply.
He is complete liar.
He didn't allowed other doctors in hospital to to give treatment to my patient. So he doesn't deserve this.

My sister (Triveni Bhendekar) have epilepsy problem from 2 yr of her birth... We take many doctors treatment from last 10-15 yrs, we visited latur, nanded, even KEM hospital Mumbai, but problem not solved...then I hear about Dr. Dhairyashil Saste from My friend Samadhan Phuge and we visited to Dr. Dhairyashil Saste on 15 December 2021.
The problem is 80% cured within 1 yr. Doctor Saste is very nice for the epilepsy treatment and as a human being he is very good behaviour.,..also he give gentle and best advice and take less fees so middle class people also take treatment from them.
Today 21 November 2022 I visited with my sister and dicuss about her condition
