Highly recommended.
I had severe neck and back pain for more than a year. My shoulders were rotating, creating a curve and I had started bending my upper back to compensate that posture. In this duration, I have met 2-3 physiotherapists but their treatment was giving me just temporary relief. After completing their session, pain would come back in a week or so. Lying on my back or stomach was very painful, as it felt like my shoulders would tear apart due to pain. This is when I met Dr. Arati and shared these problems. She helped me understand the root cause and explained the course of treatment. We started with mix of chiropractic adjustment of spine, osteopathy, DNS exercise, Matrix therapy, shock waves. After a month of treatment, I felt like my upper back, neck and shoulders were lighter..as there was no stress. And, I still remember the last session when she asked "how are you feeling and do you feel any improvement". I couldn't control my happiness, sharing with her that after so long it felt good that I was having no pain and could sleep without waking up due to pain. Now, I am just continuing with DNS exercises suggested by her and it is helping me gain overall stability.

She is a money minded lady. Please don’t visit here. She will simply loot your money by doing some useless therapy. For single visit she have charged me Rs 4300 and at the end my neck pain got worse.

Dr Arati Mam is the best physio I have met till date. Her expertise, care, knowledge, treatment handling everything is great. She focusses on root cause of the problems. Before joining her therapy sessions, I had terrible experience at another physio. Here my experience till date is awesome. Now, she is provided me tools to help in other affected areas. Her vision is long term and welfare of patient. I will recommend her to anyone who has any spasm, joint pain, spine alingment etc. I will give her 10 out of 5 and she totally deserve it along with her team.
