Exceptional Dining Experience at Domino's Baner, Thanks to Shift Manager Touhid Sheikh

I recently visited the Domino's outlet in Baner with my girlfriend, and I must say that our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Our visit was made truly memorable, thanks to Shift Manager Touhid Sheikh.

Having had some less-than-satisfactory experiences in the past, we approached this visit with a bit of trepidation. However, as soon as we interacted with Mr. Touhid Sheikh at the order counter, our concerns were put to rest. He assured us that all orders were under his supervision that day and that we would receive top-quality service.

We ordered a simple meal of 1 garlic bread and 1 double cheese margherita pizza. The moment our order arrived, we could tell that this was going to be different. The aroma was inviting, the texture was perfect, and the taste was out of this world. The ingredients were artfully arranged, and every bite was a delightful explosion of flavors. I couldn't help but compliment Mr. Touhid Sheikh on the garlic bread, which was by far the tastiest I've ever had.

Mr. Touhid Sheikh modestly replied, "Sir, this is what we serve here. Consistency and excellence are what we are trained for." His pride in the quality of Domino's offerings was evident, and it reflected in every aspect of our meal.

In a world where good customer service can sometimes be hard to come by, Mr. Touhid Sheikh's dedication to ensuring our satisfaction was truly refreshing. It's experiences like this that keep customers coming back.

We left the Baner Domino's with smiles☺️ on our faces and full stomachs, thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and, of course, the delectable food. We can't wait to return for another memorable meal.

Worst ever experience from Domino's. Domino's sets a very high expectations when it comes to pizza chains but this outlet is letting whole Domino's chain down with their service, pizza quality, and their availability. They are not available for delivery maximum times, since December 26th I've tried to order atleast 50 times from the Domino's but out of that only single time my order was accepted and other times their store was unavailable. It's not like that I'm ordering at unusual time, right now while writing this review also I tried placing the order but their store is unavailable as always.

This store is literally letting whole Domino's chain down. We can't be unavailable for service in cities like Pune but this Domino's store stays offline maximum time.

By knowing that they have delivery issues we once went to the store and ordered their and they gave us the worst pizzas.

Seriously disappointed with the pizza chain now.

There is nothing say about atmosphere or ambiance,, like any other restaurants
Pizza was standard.
Only one person to take the orders and the online bookings are kept priority
So better to order online and enjoy your pizza!!
