Worst staff ever.
I visited DCC to repair my ASUS A15 laptop
Issue was my laptop would show the power on light but screen was black When I presented my lap. The staff over there predicted that the my laptop screen had water in it .to be honest I never exposed my laptop to water. I thought they would at least disassemble it and tell me what the actual problem was. But one of staff members quoted that u need to have "johri ki Nazar to see the water "
After a few days When I took my laptop another repair station they found that there was no problem with laptop screen.And even I received repaired laptop in just a few days.

I would personally recommend anyone reading this DO NOT TAKE YOUR GADGET TO REPAIR OVER HERE....

Very unprofessional people while talking to customers. They are not customer friendly and knowledgeable. Despite of checking device in warranty my brother's laptop is taken for repair and no results from them. Now entire motherboard has spoiled and Dell Service Center is not ready to take it under warranty and showing expenses of 12K. Please stop making people fool with your poor service.

Very cool guys at Asus service centre. I went to the Other Asus service centre (RP tech MG road )in Pune only but the difference between them and guys at DCC infotech is night and day. RP tech told me to keep laptop for 4 days for a small knob missing from back panel. I decided to go to other service center which is DCC. Met Sagar & Shahrukh there they were super professional, on point service. They gave me my laptop back in less than 20 minutes.
Very happy with the service. Totally recommend them.
