Cult is an awesome fitness center which has a trainer based workout sessions/classes .
It gives you options to choose from
1 Boxing
2 HIIT
3 PROWL
4 HRX
5 S&C
6 YOGA
7 DANCE FITNESS
Each session is for 50 minute and everyday there are new workouts for the above mentioned classes.
One can also attended multiple classes in a day .
Trainers are highly qualified and friendly .
Workout areas very clean and well organized.
One has to book a session before attending a class .
Classes usually start from 6 Am to 10 Am in the morning weekdays and then 4 PM to 9PM in the evening .
Cure fit app is also very nice , they also have different segments in the app like EAT.FIT where you can order your food from , there also recipes for us to make food at home and they have workouts at home videos as well .
Recently started fitclub where whenever you attend a class they will reward you with FITCASH which we can use for ordering food from EAT.FIT.
It's one stop for fitness I would say .
Please go to nearest center and try out the workouts yourself.
*Do note that if you are late by more than five minutes for the class you won't be allowed to attend the class as warmup is over , so always reach five to ten minutes early for your class.

Specific workouts without treadmillls are new trend.

All sessions are planned properly and users can book slots in advance. Trainers are additionally focusing on warmup and cool down approach to avoid any injuries.

All rooms are sanitized almost every hour. Great place to train in pune.
