I recently visited this perfume gallery shop in search of a new fragrance. My experience at this establishment left much to be desired. I must say that the quality of customer service I received was far from satisfactory.

Upon entering the shop, I was shown a very limited selection of only four perfumes. The salesperson sprayed these perfumes on me and asked for my opinion. Unfortunately, none of them appealed to my taste, and I expressed my honest feedback.

What disappointed me the most was the response I received from the salesperson. Instead of handling my feedback professionally and courteously, he became quite rude. When I inquired about the possibility of seeing other fragrances from their collection, he flatly denied my request and dismissed me with a condescending attitude.

To make matters worse, I've noticed that even the owner of this establishment is responding rudely to other customers' feedback on Google reviews. This lack of professionalism is deeply concerning and indicative of a pervasive issue within the shop.

I believe that every customer deserves respect and consideration, regardless of their preferences or budget. It was disheartening to encounter such unprofessional behavior from a salesperson and witness the owner's indifference to customers' concerns. As a result of this experience, I left the store without making a purchase and with a negative impression of the shop.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and considers providing better training and customer service to their staff, including the owner. Customers should feel valued and respected when they visit any establishment. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this perfume gallery shop based on my experience, and I would caution potential customers to think twice before patronizing this establishment.

I have brought 4 perfume from them quality is top notch all the scent last very long i highly recommend this shop blind buy any perfume.

This means that they allow customers to try out their fragrances for a full day before making a purchase. I found this policy to be quite impressive as it demonstrates the confidence that the store has in the quality of their products. It also shows their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
I impressed by the variety of fragrances they have. The store was well-organized and both brothers were knowledgeable and helpful. The quality of the perfumes was exceptional, and I was able to find a scent that I loved. I also appreciated that the store was clean and well-maintained, which made for a pleasant shopping experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this store to anyone in search of a new fragrance or looking for a great clones. The selection, quality, and customer service are excellent, and I will definitely be returning :)
