They lie while selling the cakes. I would not recommend anyone to buy cakes from here.
What I experienced -
I enquired about fresh cakes for school function of 3 years old children. I mentioned clearly that I needed fresh cake only. I called him at 09:30am and the person who received call said -
"Hamara shop 10 baje khulta h. Hum yaha ghar se nikalte h aur kahi dusri jagah se cakes ki gadi nikalti h. Cakes humse pehle pohoch k ready rakhte h subah subah"
Actual fact- I was waiting for him to open the shop. He came, opened the shop and he said, "cakes ki gadi nai aati subah. Evening k cakes hi dusre din bechte h hum"
If its the fact, he could have told me on the phone but instead of this, he lied and said cake roj subah fresh aate h. As he doesn't care about the safety and focuses on selling cakes by lying. I would not recommend anyone to buy cakes from here.

Very bad experience. I ordered a 5 kg lightning McQueen cake from here. The cake I got by far doesn't have any resemblance. More disgusting was the packaging. It was packed in a shabby dirty old cartoon box patched up with old soggy newspaper. This was unhealthy, and. Completely not professional. Due to last moment I was forced to take it. But will never return to this shop again.
Also to mention their chiller leaks water making the whole place smudgy since last week it's still the same. Looks like hygene and cleanliness is a last priority.
Again Disgusting!!!

Horrible first and last experience. Got 2 cupcakes chocolate and red velvet which looked good but tasted horrible. Felt like I was eating a 10 day old cake. The cream was hard and cake was chewy. I don't know whether the franchise has any quality control but it ruined my experience and would never try any of the outlets again.
