I recently had the unfortunate experience of working for Company capita, and I can confidently say that it has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating periods of my professional life. From the moment I joined the company, I was met with an overwhelming sense of disappointment and dissatisfaction.
First and foremost, the company's management is utterly disorganized and lacks clear direction. There is a severe lack of communication between different departments, resulting in frequent misunderstandings and delays in project completion. It seems like nobody knows who is responsible for what, and important decisions are often made haphazardly without considering the consequences. Moreover, the company culture at Company capita is toxic and demoralizing. There is a complete disregard for work-life balance, with employees being expected to work long hours and sacrifice their personal lives without any recognition or appreciation. The constant pressure and unrealistic expectations placed on employees only serve to create an environment of stress and burnout.

Capita is India's THIRD CLASS WORST COMPANY and I'll tell you exactly why.
So in 2022 around I gave an interview and was selected for the process wherein they kept me on waiting & told me I will get the offer later at any day for 1 month and after wasting an entire month I got to know that the process is already full and I have to give another interview so who to blame for wasting my entire month after speaking to the HR there was hardly any help because they accepted their fault but could obviously do nothing about it. Once again I gave the interview informing the specific package I am expecting still an interview was scheduled I was selected and again they made a mistake and offered me a downgraded package I mean I can't believe their utmost worst management.

Now at today's date they took all the prev rounds online but held an OPERATIONS round at their office where they gave the time of 4PM but started at 7PM. I travelled 26 KM one side and 26 another just to know that the operations interviewer is himself on a video call interview wherein I was expecting a person in upfront. What was the point of asking candidates to come to the office?
and the interviewer was so pathetic that he hardly took 5 min to end the interview . I hardly spoke anything about my more than 4 years of experience in those completely trash 5 minutes. I didn't understand the point of anything that this company does it is so pathetic and completely unprofessional. I will never ever in my life fall into the trap of this stupid pathetic company and will never let myself get discouraged by such stupid interviewers for calling to office just to take the interview over video call and wasting candidates time and energy. wasted my time, energy, efforts 2 years back and today once again. My friend literally warned me about their worst managemnet and culture but this time i went again just to get disappointed once again. CAPITA IS SO PATHETIC. DISGUSTING.
