Marvelous in all categories. Rooms are nice and comfortable. Toilet and toiletries are pleasant. Food is awesome.

Best part of the property is it's staffs and it's food. Staffs are well trained and knew every stuff that would make it's visitors, wanna come back again.

Food were delicious. Couldn't try all the items though wanted to. Don't miss your chance , on case you are visiting Pune.

I had buffet lunch in September. The food was not hot. The taste of the food was average. The service we expect from Taj group was not up to the mark. I consider Taj group as pride of India. So we expect top notch performance from them and mesmerizing hospitality. Such experience gives dent in the mind of people like us. We would like management to take note of this and improve the experience to keep the pride of nation.

A good hotel to stay.
Swimming pool is exactly in front of the restaurant and remains closed at breakfast and dinner timings, the time during which you generally want some leisure after a busy day.

Food is awesome. Rooms are average. But costlier than other hotels even after bussiness discounts. Orchid is my favorite for a 5 star stay.
