Worst experience with a brand like Biba.some of the staff members seem to be uneducated.
So this happened with me
My mother went to this particular outlet and she liked 2 dresses.One of them was of smaller size ,a staff member forced her to buy it as she promised to alter the size of that dress and get it ready in 2 days.
Then after 2 days she broke her promise and said that the alteration can't be done.But offered a replacement of the same with a correct fitting size as the new stock was on the way.The new stock never came and my mother kept visiting the outlet in every 2 days to get the updates.
After a week after several negotiations the outlet offered a credit note of the same amount which can be used to buy anything from any Biba outlet.This note as per the staff was valid for 1 month.(But the validity as per the note was 15 days)
So in 4 days we went to another outlet with that credit note and then this outlet denied to accept as it was not valid and expired.Again the drama started we had to visit this outlet and beg for our money.
Finally we had to compromise by choosing dress from the available stock.

Staff like this outlet really hampers the image of such a brand.
Clarity of communication,complete information of the outlet policies and customer convenience should be the first things to be learnt by any staff.

Minus points on basic courtesy... I went to Biba to buy a good dress while getting off my bike I got hurt so we were just looking If my leg is swollen and we could get going but this fellow cared about parking but all the other bikes were park right infront of the shop. I still like Biba but as this particular shop I'm never visiting
