We bought one shoe last month from another store of Bata.

Hush puppies brand, but shoes sole was separated from the upper part in less than month.

We asked them replace it. They said they will repair it first and give it. We asked them to replace it but they didn't do.

If we face issue with shoes again after repaired. They will replace it.

We are disappointed with this. The cost was 3200 rupees. Which had issue within one month.

I bought one wedge heels for 2000 on 4th april but the quality is so poor that the sole has started separating in a just one month. Never expected this kind of quality from bata.
