Very poor customer service. Yesterday I had purchased puris and then I realised that the other puris are also there. The ones that he had packed I told that fat person to change it as I want other ones. Then he replied that they do not replace or take the food item back. As he had packed it in front of me, I told him that you can keep it and sell it to other customers as I need the other puris. He did not listen. Outlets like chitale and kaka halwai also replace or take the product back. Guys please do not purchase anything that selfish fat person. Also an action needs to be taken against this person.
