Overall, it was a good experience, though I didn't buy from this store as the price for the same specs laptop was cheaper for another company. But I absolutely loved the in store experience. Their interior gives a premium look to their products, and the staff were also very friendly, responded with prompt and accurate answers. Amazing place. Keep it up!!

*Bad service*. Staff at Asus store (Real computers) is very Rude, Non cooperative, uninterested in addressing customer's issues. Booked a Rog g15 laptop as the varient which I required was not available. Now I am forced for a colour which I do not want.
It is a heavy investment for me. Least I could expect a decent colour
