Worst experience. I gave them my pearl to make a ring, the ring was pretty good, i liked it however the design was not in line with the picture i had provided nor there is finishing in design. I am pretty sure the pearl is not that i provided, they changed the pearl, and now the new pearl has hole in it from behind. I am so disappointed, i was attached to my pearl and now i have no way to get it back.

Not worth a single star.
Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy from them because of:
1. Too high making charges. Not following government rules.
2. They do not follow the current gold price, usually they increase it.
3. They do not explain breakdown of jewellery calculation, usually try to hide it.
4. Hallmark was neglected, if you don't ask they won't give.
5. Card swipe machine doesn't work. They suggest you to make transaction in cash.
6. No Digitally printed bill.

third class service by this jeweler.....i purchased engagement ring from here and they changed the diamonds without my consent..now asked me to pay extra amount for the same..... i will not recommend this to anyone..please go to some good jewelers like P N G and joylukas or something good..this jeweler is looting you us...do not purchase anything from here...
