Yesterday we had Yog Nidra session in the class. My first thought was that we had to sleep listening to some soothing music or voice.
However the experience was different with well guided instruction given by our Sir.
After a 45mins session, sir asked us not to speak much with anyone, or use mobile or watch TV.

I went home with much light head and avoided all the don't to get the best results of Yog Nidra. Which I followed.
My thoughts were clear.

I drifted off to sleep by 10pm and only to wake up fresh by 1am in the morning thinking that I had good 8 hours sleep.

My stress and anxiety feels better after this one session and I request Sir to have Yog Nidra session more often.

I always used to leave the class feeling both physically and mentally rejuvenated, with a newfound sense of calm and clarity. I would highly recommend Ahuja Sir as a yoga instructor.overall a positive experience
