In pune the place is awesome to have bengali meal. Had dinner. Was amazing the taste was wow. I had a feeling that was having a meal at kolkata. The kolkata style biryani(with aloo egg and mutton) was awesome. Ambience was good. Overall had misti doi was really authentic in taste.

Do not go with past reviews, currently the food quality and taste has deteriorated. The food arrived so late and other people where also complaining about half cooked rice and salti food items. The chicken kosha just tasted like a normal chicken nowhere close to kosha and all 6 pieces were rough pieces(chibra pieces). The dal bowl that was just boiled dal and can serve only one person costs 140/-. Only if you are missing home and are okay with below average tasting food and willing to pay like a lavish restaurant for a street side Shop then visit it. The walls are decorated with bangali significance and they play good bangali songs. The snacks taste average better than the main course but the quantity and taste with respect to cost is not worth it

They serve fully Bengali-style food here. "Vate mache" bengalis will experience a nostalgic feeling here. It has good interior design, and the area is very neat and clean. The food quality and taste are awesome and delicious. My overall experience was fantastic. I will always recommend this restaurant to Bengalis and, of course, those who want to try Bengali food for the first time. Thank you.❤️
