Billing and insurance are worst ... it took us 10 hrs for physical discharge after initiating process...

Don't recommend at alll for stay...
Thought Doctors are good, Administration and insurance department makes overall experience worst...

Private rooms are just to make money without any Hygiene...

Went for corporate health check up.
It was very well organised and managed. Dint had to roam around the whole hospital as there was a seperate section made for corporate. They also had a breakfast service for corporates, as for post fasting check ups. So you don't have to go out anywhere. Tests done under very professional and polite staffs.

My Grandmother was admitted to the ICU due to a medical emergency (heart attack), and her experience she underwent was nothing short of a nightmare. The nursing staff was completely neglectful of her needs, and she was subjected to long periods of neglect and suffering. The staff was not attentive, and my grandmother was left without basic care such as pain management and assistance with personal hygiene for hours on end.
ICU was full of mosquitoes and also had cockroaches

Angiography was done on 7th February and the dressing was removed on 9th February only after REPEATED REQUESTS CAUSING TROUBLE TO THE PATIENT
The bed was under maintenance in Semi-Private Private Room and Lunch was served at 1:50 pm, and that was non-Jain food. We had already requested specifically that Jain food has to be served. We had already informed the staff that my grandmother doesn't eat onion, garlic, mushrooms, or brinjal and then Brinjal sabzi was served for lunch in the ICU because of which my grandmother had to sleep hungry that day.
The bed provided in the Semi-Private room was near a wash basin causing continuous disturbance to her.
Today (10th February) she had to be discharged at 11:30 am as discussed with the staff yesterday but till now (12:45 pm) no one is here to assist us or discharge her or brief us about the care that has to be taken further.
I am demanding that you investigate this matter immediately and take appropriate action to improve the service in the ICU department. Patients in critical care require exceptional levels of attention and care, and it is unacceptable for them to be subjected to neglect and poor service.This was a gross display of incompetence, and it left me feeling frustrated and disheartened. I expected a much higher level of care from a hospital of your reputation, and I was left disappointed.

This was a terrible experience, and I strongly protest the inadequate service I received. I hope that you will take my complaint seriously.
