This is the perfect place if you want to get in great shape! Its much better than going to any gym and trying to figure out what to do on your own. The best gym experience I have ever had. It's incredibly well-run and the programming is very well thought out. The trainers are great, Special thanks to Mr. Nitesh sir (my personal trainer) for outlining my exercise program and most important for my diet.

Abs Fitness and wellness club is one of the best gym in pune.
It has well trainers and equipment with good environment, the staff of the abs is well trained and with good knowledge they help u in gaining weight or lossing it.
Best service...they give personal trainer on your demand...reasonable prices...with best trainers around city.

They train you on the basis of your ability. Abs also provide other services like jumba, yoga, kik boxing and functional training.
Very clean and well organized.
Must visit...best place to start your fitness journey.

Gym is well equipped and provides good atmosphere for an efficient workout. The trainers are helpful and are ready to guide as and when asked. Overall, its a good place to shed some sweat and complete your health related goal!
