I had joined ABS Balance Studio on 23rd March 2023 and it’s been It's been almost 3 weeks now and I see a remarkable difference in my body. My trainer Sam has been quite supportive , cooperative throughout my fitness journey to this day. This is the very first Gym I have chosen and it is amazing ! I have applied for Balance studio and it is the best deal you could ever opt for . The other Gym trainers are really friendly and supportive. They all want everyone to bring out the best in everyone. The Balance Studio offer also includes swimming so it's a good deal from the price point also. I would definitely suggest Balance Studio for the ones wanting to lose weight or for a good fitness routine.

This swimming pool is fantastic! It's clean, well-maintained, and perfect for lap swimming. The only downside is some people do walking exercises in the lane for swimming. It would be better if they used the beginner's area instead. But overall, highly recommended!

Experienced and helpful trainers. They guide us through schedules. Almost all kinds of machines are available. Helpful staff. They keep the gym clean and hygienic. Swimming pool is also amazing.
