It is really difficult to fight all by yourself against your overwhelming emotions thoughts and stress. But these two Dr. Vinaya and Dr. Muktai can definitely help you out with it.
I am glad that i met them, they helped me a lot in fighting my demons.
You 2 are really doing such a great work. Thanks a lot for your guidance.

Recently received a happiness box from the studio and its worth it. They have provided a stress relief toy, motivational quotes, self assessment chart, aroma therapy material .

Mental health is integral part of life but unfortunately less acknowledged..
Atman psychology is the best place to shed the layers, to understand ownself better,  to declutter head, to love ownself.
Dr.Vinaya has been doing great job, she has been patient and I appreciate her efforts.
