I am taking 1-1personal sessions from Vasudha ma'am specially for shaping my body and regaining the body strength and flexibility. To be very honest, after doing a few sessions, I started feeling more refreshing and energetic throughout the day. I must say Vasudha ma'am is not only good with her Yoga knowledge, but also has an excellent teaching skill. The best thing I like about her is that she pays attention to each and every little thing so that I can do the ashanas in a more correct and effective manner, also shares knowledge on the benefits of each ashana so that I can understand and relate how this is going to make an impact on my body. Thank you, ma'am, for your patience and guidance .
I highly recommended Union Yoga Studio for anyone who wants to learn Yoga.

The Union Yoga centre is really awesome and Vasudha mam is highly qualified and an expert in Yoga for beginner, intermediate and advance postures.
Mam gives personal attention at each participant and provides lot of anatomical information about each posture.

I have done yoga at many places, but never seen a real traditional yoga the way Union Yoga teach. Vasudha mam at Union Yoga is highly qualified and follows the complete guidelines from Yoga Certification Board. I have taken teacher certification training from Vasudha mam. I could able to clear YCB level 1 exam after guidance from mam.
