I went in for the hydra facial with the LED light therapy. It definitely felt refreshing, my skin felt super plump and soft. Absolutely loved the consult and the attention to details. Also the place was absolutely gorgeous.

My recent experience at your center left me feeling extremely dissatisfied with the level of care and attention I received.

Firstly, I was appalled by the lack of punctuality demonstrated by your staff. Despite booking an appointment well in advance, I was kept waiting for over an hour past my scheduled appointment time. This is unacceptable and disrespectful of my time.

Moreover, the treatment I received was subpar and did not meet my expectations.The staff seemed uninterested and indifferent towards my needs and concerns.

Overall, I found my experience at your center to be extremely disappointing, and I regret having spent my time and money there. I hope that you take my feedback seriously and work towards improving the quality of your services to avoid similar experiences for other customers in the future.
