Sterling Hospital is an extremely pricey establishment, leaving patients feeling financially burdened. The Billing department staff exhibit an unpleasant and arrogant demeanor. However, the nursing staff provides commendable care and assistance. It is important to note that despite the exorbitant costs, this hospital does not offer a comprehensive range of facilities, yet their billing resembles that of a luxurious 5-star hotel.
My experience at Sterling Hospital was disappointing. I was charged a hefty amount of ₹65000 for a mere 1.5 days, and despite my efforts to negotiate, the staff refused to reduce the billing amount. I strongly advise against choosing this hospital as it lacks transparency and customer-friendly practices. Explore other options to ensure a more reasonable and fair healthcare experience.

Really one of the worst hospitals I have ever seen.
My dad had liver carcinoma(cancer) along with jaundice. When we admitted, it was not very advanced, he was admitted for complete 1 month, and yet everyday doctor used to visit, and tell us nothing. In the start, all the doctors were very chill. Afterwards, they said that this is not curable and told us to take him home. They conducted multiple tests, and made us pay hospital bills because they knew we had insurance. It shouldn't have taken more than 10-15 days, to decide whether it was curable or not. But then they wouldn't have made money, so they told us nothing. One of the money thirsty hospitals I have ever seen.
Finally, we took my dad to our home, and he passed away after a month.
Apart from that, worst insurance Dept of hospital. Other staff was good, and they took good care of my father.
My advice is that don't admit in this hospital, and if already did, take second opinion from other hospitals, and then only take any decision.
