Hello Everyone, Been thinking for a long time to give a review about Smartfit Gym, I have been living in kasarwadi area since 15 years. As you can see, there is no such beautiful and professional and budget friendly gym in Kasarwadi area, I have been doing gym here since 3 years. To tell the truth there is no good gym in nearby area with such a low rates, there are gyms in pimple gurav area but their rates are very high, and I can't afford it. And kasarwadi area there is two local and small gyms, i'll not recommended them.
What do you expect from a gym? Branded machines, steam baths, friendly trainers, good ventilation, friendly environment, Today when I searched smartfit gym on Google for give a review, and i saw some people's single star rating, first I didn't know what to react, but anyways don't see and don't go on single star rating, see other people's review also.
I have been doing gym there for last 3 years, and some of the reviews are fake.
Trainers are so helpfull, avinash sahil Adesh Hrithik Prashant sir(ex-trainer) every time I asked help to trainers they are always ready to help, that's it ????

If you're looking for holistic health and guidance towards achieving your fitness goals . There is no better place than smartfit gym in kasarwadi if you stay around . It's a well equipped gym with various facilities. The staff is extremely friendly, the receptionist tejashree mam is well informed and ready to help, and the trainers are well educated professionals and motivate you to be better. If you're looking for a good place to workout at a reasonable price in locality smartfit gym is the place to be.

Keeping very genuine review.. The gym is very well equipped with machines & necessary assets.
I recommend this gym on your choice & as some feedback are told to give during tenure... Some feedback you will get after experience..
(Offcourse that's not acceptable by admin healthily) no one is crazy to put elaborated review.. So reader can have own choice over concern of money where to invest when there are many good & systematic options.

Everyone joined gym with certain goals but the staff is not supportive here to all.. Specially the receptionist she is very rude & that's view of many female who joined along with me. With certain people she behaved good & ask them to keep good feedback.

While joining they gave you attractive outlook but immediately after joining everyone is behind you to go for personnel training session by paying pretty extra amount.

If you deny.. They ask you repeatedly but rest people in gym advice me not to go with that.With this scenario of negligence towards gym participants, I personally left it.. & forgot the pretty amount I paid.. Truely considering not to join this place again.

If you want little attention.. Go for PT by paying extra amounts with Avinash sir trainer.

Common fees paid people are ignored. It's you have to Ask continuously or you hv to tk help of senior gym members to practice..
The gym owner can do very well with this place by keeping competent reception / attendees & trainer can pay little attention for results in each person
Rather than only focussing Personnel training benifit.Probably that may fetch a big crowd to this gym.
New people don't take risk of money wastage by going here, I have literally wasted... (You don't)

NEVER RECOMMEND FOR WEIGHT LOSS PURPOSE, bcz that's a consistent process & if you don't pay 10k per month on personnel training, then you won't get right guidance..
& 10 k for 3-4 kg per month (uncertainty more) very costly equation.

Most of females are frustrated talk in common room about their experience.

I have much clarity in positive n negative things . But u focus on negative point & instead of improving on it.. You are making false statements of fake account of xyz etc

& I have not even interacted with your receptionist after her misbehaving.. I have directly Inform to owner. So no point in replying as human respect n all.... It's clearly a business so what you charge try to give back... Your receptionist only behind PT, what rest ppl only pay fees as entrance charges.?

Then you may keep some focus attention towards non PT candidates..
Most of them are upset, people say behind.
What's wrong if I gave review. Of it???

if someone gives review... Try to improve on it... Rather than defending with false statement ....You have enough infrastructure.. But no system of handling new customer.......
There is no question of misbehaving.. It's hyped story that I ask free PT..... Why shalI I? If it's paid base. We don't want free.. We are of not that mindset..
Thing is very clear..
Looking to unhealthy environment.. I have already skipped (wasted) 3.5+ months fees .. without saying any thing.. So my pay is very much against gain..

It's the only thing...You are not happy if someone point something...
You missed the infrastructure appreciation.
An unhappiest customer is worst thing to achieve.. N you have many ..everyone don't say on face... Thats truth..

I joiner gym at 18- aug 22,
I have already inform the concern by call & msg on 2 sept 22. After that admin accepted my concern & then ignored
Again next month we inform That steam is not working but it was ignored saying it's working.
So what's point to continue at place where customer concern is ignored & only Defending comment are given.

Feedback is feedback anyone can keep at any time.. & true best gym also have mixed reviews
But they don't get defend too much as you are defending..( They work on complain)..
So definitely there is something worth pricking in my feedback.
