The yoga class at Sampurna Swasthya Yog Kendra is fantastic! Both yoga teachers are excellent and provide great guidance. They pay attention to all students and ensure proper instruction. It has been a wonderful experience being part of the classes. The teachers are very experienced and have a deep understanding of Yoga. They teach us very calmly and explain each thing properly. Keep going, guys.
