They give a nice trial period of 2-3 days and you feel comfortable however after you pay the membership fee they will forget what their duties and just ask to take PT and a normal support won't be provided.

I paid the fee for 12 months however after the bad experience i left in just 1 month.

Good place for workout, staff is very approachable and friendly. Affordable gym membership too. The only flaw is the yoga room is closed, there's no boxing kit and very little space and equipment for cross training.

Would recommend.

Its awesome gym with all the best equipments,
Also staff here so good, supportive and best for body-building , Definately should join for the best results , let it be weight gain and weight loss you gonna definitely get best results
