Mr.Sanket Thange is an excellent fitness trainer. He is proficient in fitness training. He also communicates his knowledge and experience efficiently which is really helping me a lot to stay fit. He always encourages me to do more sets and reps with exact form.
Workout Under his supervision everyday makes me feel fit and confident.

Nice gym with lots of activities like crossfit, yoga,zumba,aerobics etc , and all these are included in gym membership only. Gym has well maintained equipments. Trainers at MD are professional with decent knowledge of fitness.

I am doing my workout under guidance of SANKET Sir. He is certified trainer and have excellent knowledge . He is always ready to help.He suggests different workout with correct form. He is well behaved with members.

Fantastic gym ! Hygienic, bright lighting, clean washrooms, top notch equipments and awesome atmosphere. All trainers are very helpful. Especially Sanket sir. He is fantastic trainer and has precise and accurate knowledge of all the workouts. He understands the biomechanics and body movement which I feel most important to prevent injuries. He is very polite n genuinely good human being. I highly recommend him.
