Snehal’s classes were an immense help to me through my pregnancy! They are the reason my second trimester was energetic and ache free , a rarity while carrying twins. Snehal is extremely knowledgable about the how’s and why’s of yoga during pregnancy- and so she is able to cater to individual symptoms. For me the biggest help was that she tailored the exercises to suit my body and condition with clear explanations on how that helps. This is definitely in the must have list of things one needs to be healthy while pregnant. Highly recommended .

I did a personal prenatal yoga class with Snehal Mam. The class was virtual as I am in California. Despite this, Mam made it easy to follow all the poses. She was paying attention to how I was doing the poses and suggested changes accurately. With the yoga poses and breathing exercises, the labor and delivery was very smooth. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for prenatal yoga class.

I joined Yoga Program with Doctor Snehal in 3rd month of my pregnancy and continued till delivery. She paid personal attention in all the sessions. There were variations and not much repetitions in the asanas which helped to motivate for doing Yoga and not get bored of it. It helped a lot to me for flexibility. Also there were prenatal knowledge sessions arranged which gave idea about process and stages in pregnancy and after delivery. Overall my experience was very good and I will surely recommend it to expecting mother. Thanks Snehal
