Rooms are very big and spacious.
Very limited hot water.
TV with no channels as Hotel couldn't afford the cable recharge.
No cleanliness in the rooms (dirty bed sheets, dirty pillows and dirty rugs).
Washrooms are very big, but are not well maintained.
They randomly stop the water supply sometimes.
Surroundings and ambience is very good and cold weather.
All shopping centers are nearby only.
Their own restaurant is not in service, so they only serve morning breakfast.
Staff is not that much cooperative.

It's very good looking hotel from outside, ample parking space, on the highway and very good staff response. The interior is very old, rooms are awful, smells sometimes, no hot water, air conditioning units are from 90s probably or olderthan that. Plug points weren't working. Bathroom is good but very old. Renovation was going on during my visit, hope they do work on interiors.

Stayed in October 2017 for 2 days but couldn't post the review hence posting it now.
Had bad experience, rooms are not good as shown in photos. Lift was not working, nobody was picking phone at reception in the early morning, staff ppl were sleeping on the sofa but they couldn't hear phone ringing. Hot water facility doesn't start before 9...even though they claim it starts at 7. I kept on complaining but no improvement at all.
Totally bad service, not worth for the money they charge
