The staff mishaved to a limit which is not acceptable. instead of listening to our problems, the one person tried to enter our room, and said switch off AC. I obviously got very angry and when tried to stop him, he entered my room and tried to throw out my bags...and said that..my booking is cancelled.
I mean ..can anybody believe that . Never have I ever had such an experience.
I was scared and was my first day in Pune. How come these people become so voilent!!!
This is pathetic and very dangerous.
