The hospitals staff is very unprofessional. Improper handling of patient was done. After surgery, they take patient any how as if it's a dead body. The hospital looks like a hotel rather than a hospital and very unhygienic. The nurses handled our patient very badly. Patient's head banged onto a rod in the elevator when she was taking her to the room.

ago One of the best Maternity Hospitals in PCMC. Very happy with service we received.
Observed below
Location - Easily accessible with plenty of parking.
Design - Very thoughtfully designed OPD and IPD rooms. Nice and attractive furniture.
Doctors - Very talented and helpful. Makes patients comfortable.
Other staff - Polite and helpful staff but could have been slightly better.
Equipments and other facilities - Latest equipments available with kitchen and dry balcony area.

Do not get fooled around the hospital interior or ambience. I feel all the reviews here are purchased.
1. You won't beleive the reception staff who makes the patient file said that there is no need to check BP of the pregnant lady each time she visits for followup. I was shocked listening this.
2. They are totally disorganized, you need to wait 3-4 hours to meet doctor.
3. Yesterday I had been to the hospital, I saw a lady with saline cap on her hand walking to doctors cabin as there was some emergency. Later I got to know she was admitted in hospital. I wondered like, why doctor didnt went to her to check her in her room. Why she had to come to OPD. This is horrible.
4. The nurse and other staff are very very rude and arrogant. Specially the Muslim lady wearing cat eye spects.
5. When I asked her I want to meet Dr Sachin and not his wife, she blasted on me saying madam just get up from the seat and wait outside as I was with my sister in law. Finally after waiting for 2 hours we returned back without consulting the Dr.
6. They won't allow patient relatives to sit with patient. They will ask relatives to wait outside.
7. They don't call patients name according to First come first serve basis. They just ask pregnant ladies to sit suspended on the puffy and keep moving after each patien comes out from the cabin. How can these people be so in sensitive. Like what's the point asking the pregnant lady to get up and sit on next seat after every 5-10 mins.
8. We told the sister we need to show USG report to doctor. To this she asked konsa mahina hai and took the file. After seeing the file her reaction was "abhi too 2 nd month hai itni kyu hadbad kar rahe hoo". What is the logic here. A female goes through lot of pain and struggle throughout her pregnancy. It has nothing to do with her gestation age if it is 2 month or 7 month.
Such and many more things. I just felt it's highly insensitive and unprofessional hospital.
