2 nd time Worst experience ever with padmaja motar . I have tata mein XZ + premium car which is brought 1 year ago for 4 this servicing we came to tata service center in osmanabad on 26 may 2023 . They take our car with me and my husband for check up ride all is well
And good with talking with us their service adviser told that their mechanic on leave on that day so this is minor servicing so he done it by himself on highway he stop car on private shop and done blow dry to ac with ac on and fan on
So after that our car is not starring for 1 hr another person came and told that battery is discharge so he go to showroom and took battery and recharge it and car is started . We are so worried about car i suggest him to take battery performance he said nothing worried just go and if any incidents happened i came at any time
Today 31 may my car face same issue I call him he told that call to toll free number any no response by him . I was very very disappointed

I visited the showroom for Tata Punch booking on 24th March. Once the vehicle was booked on 25th March, they assured me of the vehicle delivery by 31st March with a tolerance of 1-2 days. Received the vehicle on 5th April. You have to be a little bit patient and flexible with delivery dates for 2-3 days.

No spare parts available in Padmaja Motors Osmanabad Service is not good. Service center is in name only. A car here is a waste of time and money. Washing also goes to the other side. call also takes place outside the contact field. bad experience
Dont visit.
