What sets it apart is the outstanding knowledge , sensitivity and experience that the founder Neelam as well as the other teachers bring to it. Her passion, explanation of the various asanas,their benefits is exceptional and her creative approach matches her mental self mastery. The classes are attended by people who range from beginners to advanced level, as well as various age groups. It is commendable on the part of Yog Studio teachers to focus on each individual and get the best out of everyone. Highly recommended.

Neelam is a fantastic Yoga teacher, Her directions are clear and precise so it's easy to understand. An hour of online Yoga goes fast. Her new techniques makes big difference to my experience, especially during this difficult lockdown time. I wish to attend her Yoga classes in person, wish her all the best !!!

I have been a part of YogStudio since last 2 years. After joining I felt positive changes in my body. It has helped in curing various pains in my body. It improved my body's flexibility and also reduced my weight. I feel very comfortable in YogStudio.
