The staff is not trained enough to perform the tricks. They just hit a bell and hold the ice-cream moving it left right up and down that's it. And they stuffed a tissue paper too in my child's mouth. My 9yr old was more mature than them to understand that stuffing tissue in someone's mouth is stupidity. Plus they charge high for 1 scoop of ice-cream with no basic training on tricks. Highly disappointed
