The gym is very beginner-friendly! The trainers and even the people in the gym are very friendly! I recently joined the gym again and boy let me tell you, the Trainers here are very professional and teach you workouts real good! And I mean real, real good! They have music playing all of the time to keep you motivated! And there are even quotes written on the wall for the "extra" motivation that you can do it! I joined here for a weight loss journey and i quickly learnt all of the workout patterns due to how good the trainers teach you and there are even workout plan cards so you can know what workouts you need to do in order and remember them (photo of the cards given below) just judging by how quick i learnt all of the workouts, so can y'all!

Nice gym, workout friendly atmosphere. Good trainer, letest equipment.

All new equipments , professional trainers basically a perfect comfort zone to gym .
