I have visited this society to see the flat.
Entrance area and lobby is really very nice. Even 1bhk also looks fine to me size wise. But the thing which I personally don't like is, encroachment at lobby area of floors. Big big wardrobe, Cycles, boxes, bustbins & other household stuff were kept in the common area and staircase area was also packed with material. Shoes were smelling like hell, can't stand in lobby for a minute. It feels like people really don't have civic sense, full mess. Ideally society should have control on such act but when majority is doing the same than can't do anything.

Overall its good society well maintained, but since lockdown is gone building is having massive big water supply issue.. its been 1 month , water is not supplied ..morning couple of hours and evening couple of hours.. rest of time no water.. hoping it to get resolve soon

This is not a spciety for tenants. Beware of the landowners who are out to cheat you at every step. Persistent problem of pests. Tenants cant use facilities like gym or hall. Owner will ask for five months deposit and will not return full amount, making excuses at every turn.
