Even one star is too much for this
1. Owner or the manager whoever without the red t shirt is a dumb person
2 No sports knowledge of sports or no businessman just a rowdy outspoken person
3. Full of MISS COMITMENT
4. Gutting of badminton is false no real knowledge and the machine isn't giving true lbs / string tension
Products are over priced and old stock
5 sales and after sales services are very very poor
6 the moment you enter the shop they bill be like cunning vultures for reviews.
7. 99 % of the reviews you see are begged and din by representatives there
I wish there was some better sports shop in panvel shop at your own risk here

Staff is good and sports items are also available in affordable price. Nice customer service. but the only thing I don't like is that owner gives rating of 5 stars to himself by customer mobile so you will see only five stars rating on Google review. Yes they deserve 4 to 5 stars rating but it should be genuine one and a not fake one. any ways I will refer to anyone to buy sports items from here... as there service towards customer is good and from customer point of view it's a good shop to buy sports items....this is my genuine review and rating...⭐⭐⭐

Total Sports and Fitness has left me thoroughly impressed. A big shout-out to John for his exceptional assistance in finding the perfect sporting equipment. His knowledge and enthusiasm were truly commendable.

What's even more remarkable is their extensive range of swimming gear, a rarity in our nearby area. From goggles to swimwear, they have it all.

In summary, I had a fantastic experience at Total Sports and Fitness. Not only did I find everything I needed, but the outstanding customer service from John and the team made the visit truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this store to all sports enthusiasts. It's a hidden gem for fitness gear and exceptional service.
