It was a nice and comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It's away from the city's hassles and offers a quiet stay. We asked for a top floor room and they did not oblige and stated that we have not selected the top floor room. They should cater to the customers request if the rooms are not occupied. This is service industry and they should be competitive enough.

Rest everything was good be it cleanliness or service or food. I recommend staying in this Hotel for a beautiful vacation.

We were at Fern Residency, Turbhe Restaurant on 21st May 2023. The Place is really really welcoming with charming service. The welcome drink served was excellent. The food quality was awesome. The Wedding Anniversary cake served by Executive Chef was Icing on the Cake in Overall function.
The special thanks for executive chef Mr.Vaibhav for giving us such wonderful experience which will cherish in times to come.

The room was spacious and clean, and had a great view of the sunrise. The staff were wonderful and polite, always ready to help with a smile. I also enjoyed the complimentary dinner on the first night, which was delicious. The room service was prompt and efficient, and the food was fresh and tasty. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
