After years of orders from Cake World, today's cake was the last order from here (Entire franchise it seems) We ordered 2.5 kg cake for our daughters bday and mentioned delivery time of 6 pm. They said we will deliver at your home, so we gave a reminder at 6.15 but these people did not bother to deliver by 7.00 pm so we called multiple times again. Finally I visited the shop at 7.30 to bring by myself but the cake was out for delivery they said. I went home and again the cake was not delivered till 8.00 pm!!!!! 2 hours delay in delivery!!! I mean what service is this where u think your customers are stupid and u take customer service so lightly.. If u don't have capability or staffing for delivery then should say so instead of keeping people waiting for hours! Poor customer service and very casual attitude towards customers.

Just now buyed a cake pineapple flavoured, payed rs 250 for it , the cake was totally not fresh *baasi* cake the bday
