I had a target to reduce 10 kgs in 1 month, Subham Sir is a great gym instructor and trainer, with his continual support he helped me achieve my target in 1 month, in fact I was able achieve 10.4 kg reduction from 95.80 to 85.40. Currently, I started my 2nd month and I'm at 84.90. Hope to reduce another 10 kgs this month. Hoping for the best, along-side at-it with full focus and training...

This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Mr.Govinda and Mr.Akash are excellent fitness trainers and very knowledgeable.They explained me the working of each n every equipment and exercises and how it impacts the muscles and also gave me nutritional tips which I can include in my diet to see results faster.They helped me build my overall strength and helped me to achieve my fitness goals.I highly recommend Square Health Gym , if you need motivation or people to get you through your fitness goals.
