The difference between any store and the Seawood Organic store (aka The Farmer) with Mithran's magic touch is .. you guessed it right.. Mithran himself ???? There have been many episodes in the past couple of years that I have encountered that has made my family a patron of this special store with a heart.. and this recent episode is something I would like to share. My daughter has been craving Guacamole for months now and I was staving it off as organic avocados had yet to make an entry in Mithrans store.. and at long last they did. Tizzy with excitement.. we bought a couple, they were raw.. and we patiently waited for it it to ripen. When we thought that it had ripened satisfactorily we got ready for our first Guacamole of the year... but imagine our disappointment.. while the avocado was ripe from outside it was pretty spoilt inside. My daughter was understandably upset. Nature is not in anyones hand. How a fruit is inside once it's cut is anybody's guess! Anyways... did my duty of informing Mithran and told him that Guacamole is off the menu for today. Guess what Mithran does... he says no Ma'am.. hang in there. Don't shelve your plans! I will check if I have ripe ones in the store.
He did !
And within less than 1/2 hour hour we had our avocados delivered home and I could give my girl her treat.
Very often... the things that need to be said go unsaid. I didn't want to make that mistake.
Thank you Mithran, for running the store like it's a personal store for each one of us . I am well aware of your commitment and how passionate you are about what you do and it's business too.. but what makes it truly special is your special caring touch, the way you reach out and are able to gauge your customer needs. It makes all the difference in the world. Keep it up! Means a lot to us.

This store undoubtedly sells some of the best organic and fresh produce in Navi Mumbai. The team is extremely knowledge and they work hard to maintain the quality of the products that they sell in the store. A MUST VISIT.
